Super Star Sport - Wraparound Provision Terms and Conditions
At Super Star Sport, we are committed to providing high-quality before-school and after-school wraparound care to support families and enhance the wellbeing of children in primary schools. Please take the time to read through our terms and conditions carefully.
Service Overview
Our wraparound provision is available in the mornings from 7:30 AM – 9:00 AM and in the afternoons from 3:00 PM – 5:30PM. Please note, times may vary depending on the school. We provide light snacks during the session, which may include fruit, biscuits, toast, and cereal.
Within our provisions we are committed to running Sports and activities for the children throughout the morning / evening.
Booking Process
- All bookings must be made through our online booking system or an approved method.
- Sessions are subject to availability. To secure a spot, bookings must be made via our website.
- Once a booking is confirmed, the details of the provision will be sent to you via email.
Cancellation and Amendments
- Cancellations or amendments to bookings must be made at least 24 hours before the start of the session.
- After the 24-hour window, no cancellations or amendments will be accepted due to staffing and ratio planning requirements.
- No refunds or credits will be issued for missed sessions due to illness, holidays, or other personal reasons unless the cancellation is made within the 24-hour period.
Late Pick-Up Policy
- Parents/guardians must ensure their child is collected by the end of the session.
- A late fee of £5 per 15 minutes will be charged for late pickups to cover additional staffing costs.
Health and Safety
- Super Star Sport is committed to ensuring the health and safety of all children in our care. All staff are fully trained, DBS-checked, and work in line with OFSTED standards.
- Parents/guardians must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary requirements at the time of booking.
- While we strive to accommodate all dietary needs, we cannot guarantee allergen-free snacks.
Behaviour Management
- We aim to provide a positive and inclusive environment for all children. Behaviour that disrupts this environment will be managed in accordance with our behaviour policy.
- Persistent challenging behaviour may result in a review of the child’s continued attendance in the provision.
Changes to Service
- Super Star Sport reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the services provided, such as adjusting activity schedules or staffing, in line with our commitment to high-quality care.
- In the event of any significant changes, we will communicate these to parents/guardians in advance.
Provision Cancellation
- If a session needs to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., School closure), parents/guardians will be notified as soon as possible.
- A full refund or rescheduled session will be offered in such cases.
Payment Terms
- Payments must be made in advance through our booking system.
- We accept payments via childcare vouchers, tax-free childcare, and Universal Credit, in line with our OFSTED registration.
- Any outstanding balances must be cleared before future bookings can be confirmed.
Safeguarding
- The safety and wellbeing of the children in our care are of paramount importance. All safeguarding concerns will be handled in line with Super Star Sport’s safeguarding policy. Any issues or concerns regarding child safety should be reported to our staff immediately.
Personal Belongings
- Super Star Sport is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal belongings. We advise that children do not bring valuable or unnecessary items to the provision.
